
We ship on Monday and Tuesday of each week. Our products are packaged with moisture retaining materials to ensure your tree arrives healthy and fresh. Trees are shipped only during the appropriate planting time according to the recipient’s hardiness zone. All trees are shipped UPS Ground Service during the spring and fall seasons. During the summer months, we only ship UPS 3 day select or UPS Two Day Air on Mondays and Wednesdays of each week.

Order anytime and we will ship coincide with your best planting time. A delay shipping confirmation letter and a certificate of authenticity will be sent notifying you when we will ship your tree. Please note that weather conditions may affect shipping times.

We maintain the highest nursery standards and comply with all state regulations, and some states’ agricultural restrictions prohibit us from sending certain species. Therefore, we cannot send the following species to these states. If you choose a restricted specie, we will help you find an alternate.

We take pride in our trees and promise to ship only the healthiest and freshest specimens available. Since we are dealing with live plants, we understand that even with the hardiest trees some problems may arise. All trees come with a one year replacement guarantee. A $10 shipping charge will apply to all replacement orders. We will not replace trees that perished due to improper care. If your tree needs to be replaced and we do not have it in stock, we will ask you to make another selection or issue a refund.
